Hi. I’m Liz. For over a decade, I strapped myself into race cars beside bankers, realtors, and nervous teens. I tightened my helmet, adjusted my hans straps, reminded them of their left and right, and told them to "gas, more, gas, still more gas!" You can find out a lot about someone at one hundred miles an hour.
Now a professional trainer with certifications in corrective exercise, sports nutrition, and several movement modalities like BrainGym, BrainMoves, Somatic Experience and Therapeutic Yoga, I’m doing that same holistic coaching both in and outside a moving car. You’re in good hands, whatever road we’re on together.
