Wellness gets tossed around as a reason to purchase vitamins, a meditation app, or a hair cream. My approach to wellness is that we are human creatures with goals and through some careful habits around eating, self-talk, and physical fitness we can improve our state of health.

 Welcome to my wellness journey, where I believe that health stems from a harmonious blend of mindful eating, positive self-talk, and physical fitness. By combining the wisdom of Eastern philosophy with Western anatomy-focused exercises, I create a unique approach thatures both body and mind. Together, we can cultivate habits that enhance our overall well-being and help us achieve our goals. Join me in exploring the path to a healthier, more balanced life.
