With a fusion of Eastern and Western health modalities, Cottage Industry Wellness provides a holistic and body-focused approach to help individuals achieve a more peaceful, productive, and rewarding life. Through services such as corrective exercise and stretch therapy, somatic therapy, 5-needle acupuncture protocol, movement therapy, and remote one-on-one and group sessions, clients can experience a comprehensive and personalized approach to their well-being journey.

Liz, with over 10 years of experience as a performance coach, has honed their expertise through working with various organizations, leading to a specialization in the mental aspects of physical performance. With this unique background and a trauma-informed and neurodiverse lens, I help individuals work through performance blocks, focus issues, and more. By focusing on connecting with the physical body and establishing a sense of stability and presence, individuals can tap into their potential for peak performance.
